Pumpkin Patch to Door – Delivery Policy

Service Area

• Deliveries are available within Las Vegas, Henderson, and surrounding areas.

• Delivery outside of these areas may be available at an additional fee and must be approved in advance.

Scheduling

• Deliveries are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Clients will receive a delivery date and estimated time window once the order is confirmed.

• Due to high seasonal demand, specific delivery times cannot always be guaranteed, but we will make every effort to accommodate requests.

Delivery Requirements

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and ensuring safe access to the delivery location.

• For styled display packages, a clear space must be available at the agreed-upon setup location.

• If access is restricted or unsafe at the time of delivery, we may reschedule at the client’s expense.

Weather & Conditions

• Deliveries may be adjusted due to severe weather, safety, or traffic conditions.

• Pumpkins are real organic products; once delivered, Pumpkin Patch to Door is not responsible for spoilage or damage caused by weather, temperature, or handling.

Missed Deliveries

• If a delivery cannot be completed due to inaccurate information, lack of access, or client absence, the client may be charged a re-delivery fee.

After-Season Pickup

• Optional removal and disposal services are available for an additional fee and must be arranged at the time of booking.
