Refund policy

All pumpkin sales are final. Due to the organic nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been delivered. Clients understand and acknowledge that pumpkins are real, natural products that vary in shade, shape, and size, and specific colors or sizes cannot be guaranteed. As with all natural products, pumpkins may age or spoil over time depending on environmental conditions, and Pumpkin Patch to Door cannot be held responsible once delivery and/or setup has been completed.
